Work
How we solve growth problems.
Every engagement runs the same formula: name the problem, decide the strategy, execute it, measure against a definition agreed in advance, and only then scale. Below is that formula applied to the bottlenecks we most often get called about.
Why there are no client names here yet
What we publish, and what we hold back.
The homepage carries campaign reporting from four Meta Ads engagements — spend, leads, cost per lead and return, each against the period it covers. Those are reported by sector, because none of the businesses behind them has agreed to be named.
They are not yet case studies by the standard this page holds to. A named case study goes up when three things are true: the client has approved the story in writing, every figure carries a written definition and the period it covers, and we can show how it was measured. Nothing clears all three yet, so nothing is named here.
Until it does, this page shows method. You are welcome to judge us on it — and to ask, on the call, for the reporting behind those campaigns and for the reasoning behind anything below.
The formula
Six problems, and how we would approach each.
These are scenarios, not engagements. What they show is the reasoning we would apply — which is the part worth judging before you hire anyone.
E-commerce
When e-commerce revenue grows but margin does not
Spend rises, revenue follows, and what you keep per order stays flat or falls. The account is buying volume rather than customers.

B2B and services
When lead volume is healthy and the pipeline is not
Forms are being filled, cost per lead looks fine, and sales report that almost none of it is qualified. The journey is optimized for the wrong event.

Telemedicine and healthcare
When inquiries arrive but appointments do not
Demand exists, but inquiries leak between first contact and a booked, attended appointment. The gap is operational, not promotional.

Real estate and rental
When property inquiries go cold before anyone replies
Inquiries are generated but contact happens hours later, by which point the prospect has moved on to another listing.

Cross-industry
When all demand is rented and none of it compounds
Every customer is bought. Pause the ads and pipeline stops, so acquisition cost can only rise with competition.

Cross-industry
When growth is capped by manual work
Every new client adds coordination, re-keying and follow-up. The business cannot grow without adding people at the same rate.
