Free growth diagnosis
Find what is holding your store back.
Answer four questions, pick a time, and we will show you where your store is losing money and what to fix first. Free, and the findings are yours to keep.
What we look at
Four places stores lose money.
01
Ads
Who you are paying to reach, what it costs to win a buyer, and which campaigns bring orders that keep a margin.
02
Store
Product pages, speed and checkout: where interested shoppers drop out, and what is making them leave.
03
Follow-up
Abandoned-cart, post-purchase and win-back emails and texts — what runs, what is missing, and what a second order is worth.
04
Tracking
Whether your numbers can be trusted: what is counted twice, what is not counted at all, and what that hides.
What you receive
- The one bottleneck costing you most, with the evidence for it
- A short list of fixes, ordered by impact and effort
- The numbers we would judge the work on
- A straight note on anything we could not see from the access we had
Tell us about your store
- Answer four questions. About two minutes.
- Pick a 30-minute call. Straight after, on the next screen.
- Get your written diagnosis. Usually within five to ten working days.
The Growth Xpress helped us bring our lead generation, CRM and follow-up into one clear system. Communication was consistent, the process was straightforward and the team remained focused on creating real business opportunities. Highly recommended for businesses serious about predictable growth.
Questions
Before you start.
The things people usually ask first.
Nothing, and there is no obligation. You keep the findings whether or not you work with us — including if our conclusion is that you do not need an agency.
Four answers on this page, then a 30-minute call. If you want the full written diagnosis, we ask for read-only access to your ad accounts, store analytics and email platform.
The call is 30 minutes. The written diagnosis usually follows five to ten working days after access. If tracking needs repairing before the numbers can be trusted, we tell you that first.
There is a conversation at the end, and we would like to work with you. But the diagnosis stands on its own, and we would rather tell you the problem is something we do not sell than win a project we cannot move.
Access is read-only, used only for the diagnosis and removed when you ask. We never share your data, and we never use your store as an example without written permission.
