These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any engagement between us — that is covered by a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, the agreement wins.
Using this site
You may read, share and reference this site freely. You may not copy it wholesale, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, attempt to breach its security, or use it to distribute anything unlawful.
What the content is, and is not
Everything published here — articles, methods, approaches, process descriptions — is general information about how we work. It is not advice for your specific situation, and it is not a promise of any particular outcome.
The scenarios described under Work are explicitly approaches, not client engagements. They describe how we would reason about a problem of that shape. No result, figure or client is claimed anywhere on this site, and where we eventually publish client results, they will be named, approved and defined.
No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on your market, your offer, your pricing, your operational capacity and factors none of us controls. We are accountable for the quality and honesty of our work and for measuring it against definitions agreed in advance. We do not guarantee revenue, rankings, leads, return on ad spend, or any other result, and you should treat anyone who does with suspicion.
Intellectual property
The content, branding and design of this site belong to The Growth Xpress unless stated otherwise. Quote us with credit; do not republish substantial extracts as your own.
Work we produce during a client engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement, not by this page. As a rule, you own the accounts, data and assets we build for you.
Third-party links and services
This site links to and embeds third-party services, including a Google Calendar booking page. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.
Availability
We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general information. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
